Let's make the HDR!

We have prepared a sample of material and parameters for trial use for those who also make their own or that there is no confidence I'd like to make the image HDR. o (* ≧ ◇ ≦) o 〃
HDR processing software to be used, such as Photomatix and Topaz Adjust so there is a trial version, please click here if you like experimenting with the material.

Photo 1.

First materials. Provide three or more photos taken bracket.
This time we prepared a picture of Kyoto Station as a material easy to shine HDR.

Large size photo will be displayed when you click on each image. Please use the download.

Software that you want to use.

How to make this commentary, we use the following software. Since there is a trial version available for about one month either, please proceed to the subsequent processing of HDR to install these from.

Synthesized in the 3. Photomatix

Drag the icon to open it in Photomatix 3 cards that you downloaded, and set the tone mapping.
For this process , "Using Photomatix4.0" has been described in detail in pages.

To adjust the parameters in the tone mapping.

Let the value of the output here, so this time the sample was prepared the following parameters. I tried to make it easier to side-by-side.
Details of each parameter "Remarks Photomatix parameter" because it described in detail in pages, please refer to there.

Check the preview When you have finished setting parameters, press the Process button, [File] from the menu - and then save to a JPEG image [Save as ...] (Ctrl + S or keyboard).
※ In the trial, watermark on saved images that [photomatix] enters.

In post-processing 4. Photoshop Elements

But even still you can enjoy as HDR enough, let's post-processing in Photoshop Elements aims to finish up a notch further.

First, open Jpeg images in Photoshop Elements was created, two more layers to copy this image.

Then, out of a sense of color overlaid with soft heavy to light the first sheet of the layer was increased. Because you can adjust the degree and apply to adjust the opacity, but this time let's to about 50%.

You should get deep into the shadows. So you can enjoy different effect than soft even light, color we please try to fit the material.

5. Topaz Adjust

Topaz Adjust at the end.
To apply the [Topaz Adjust] from the Filter menu for the layer of the second piece was increased by 4. Process.

Let's take this time to get set up as a strong dare to know the features of Topaz Adjust.
Topaz Adjust for the "Remarks how to use Topaz Adjust" because it described in detail in pages, please refer to there.

Sample parameters tried to like this.
To emphasize the detail, has been adjusted so that (as not to collapse demo) strengthen the color.

6 completion.

Is complete Topaz Adjust the opacity of this layer at the end. This was a 50% opacity.

What is it you can see Kyoto Tower came out to the left in effect HDR?
I personally will be glad to discover or part of such a maniac. (* ^ ∇ ^ *)

I think it varies slightly depending on the material parameters are, basically, and to build an HDR image of a certain quality be adjusted based on the above parameters, please try all means in the original material.
